Received my order for leather cord today. The smell of mold on the leather was so bad that I had to leave it out side of my house. looks like it will have to be trashed...The person that picked this order must not have a nose..

Congratulations on 10 years of success! I hope your business continues to improve and prosper for many years to come. I have been buying from 8seasons website for over 5 years (100+ orders!!!). Customer service is superb. All the girls are wonderfully pleasant and polite and a real pleasure to deal with. The range of items on offer increases every week. The quality has always been excellent, but somehow it keeps getting better and better - for instance, the zinc alloy charms now available are streets ahead of those of 5 years ago Every parcel is packed to perfection. The vast majority of articles arrive in perfect condition, but the rare few that are damaged or imperfect are replaced with no problems. To anyone wondering whether it is safe to buy from 8seasons: Stop wondering! Place an order and you will not regret it. In the unlikely event that there should be something you are not happy with, remember they cannot put it right if you do not tell them. Email them and talk about it. They will do their best to make it right.
